Entry to meet fees, federation membership fees, t-shirt fees, equipment costs, travel costs, and so on...powerlifting costs add up quickly. We believe that everyone should have the ability to have quality individualized programming without paying a "coach" an exorbitant amount of money each month for cookie cutter percentage/perceived exertion program.
For only $10 a week clients receive:
-Daily programming via e-mail
-Daily client entry via app for workout results, videos, and messenger/chat functions.
-Demo Library (Jan 2018) with specific notes to clients based upon individual training variables, movement alterations, and more!
