Honestly, never felt so solid moving into these strength blocks, those 14-weeks of hypertrophy kicked my a** but I have such a good base right now. The fact I'm high bar pausing my old low bar working weights for more reps is crazy. My bench has never felt better. I'm repping weight wide grip I was struggling to do for doubles with competition grip. I'm also pulling close to my old max in deadlifts off a deficit for reps..."

"Jay and I started working together five weeks before my second powerlifting meet in March 25, 2017. I was skeptical at first to hire a coach due to personal reasons, but after observing Jay’s coaching techniques and interactions with fellow gym member’s I decided to give Jamon the chance of hopefully helping me achieve my goals with upcoming powerlifting meets. In the short time that we worked together I learned more than I have in the past two years that I have been powerlifting. I was relieved to have a coach I can rely on when it came to programming and making sure I was training to my full potential. It’s a good feeling when you can come into the gym and not have to worry about what I was doing or if I was even in the correct training phase of my program, all I have to do is show up and lift.
